Set up Okta Verify
If you have completed Part 1 of the onboarding guide to set up your android phone, now you must set up Okta Verify.
What is Okta Verify?
Okta is your digital ID whilst working at Octopus. Just like when you see a "Sign in with Facebook/Google" option for your personal accounts, you will see a "Sign in with Okta" option for Octopus Energy applications. In order to set up Okta, first you’ll need to set up Okta Verify.
Set up
Find the app by swiping up the home screen, which will take you to the app drawer.
Tap on Okta Verify to begin the setup process
Once you’ve opened Okta Verify, follow the prompts until you are notified to “choose account type”
Select “organisation”
Click “skip”, and “no, sign in instead”
When prompted to enter your organisation’s sign-in URL, type in octoenergy.okta.com. This field should be pre-filled for you.
