🔒 How To Reset Someone's Okta Password (Admins Only)
Resetting your password is a straightforward process, but only those with admin access, like your team leader or office manager, can do it.
Go to your Okta dashboard
Go to https://octoenergy.okta.com and select Admin in the top right corner.
Find User
Search for the user in the search bar.
Reset Password
Select Reset or Remove Password.
Reset Authenticators
To reset authenticators (such as a phone number or Okta verify):
Select More Actions > Reset Authenticators
Select the methods to reset
Click Reset Selected Authenticators.
