  • You've used dots (.) instead of commas (,) in your email address. Sometimes, it's easy to type octoenergy,com (with a comma) by mistake! 😬

  • You've correctly entered “octoenergy.com” or the last part of your email address (which could vary depending on your business unit).

  • You've entered your password correctly, and that Caps Lock is off.

  • You’ve tripled checked your login details (no harm in checking again!).
